Nicole Renner, MS, LPCC
Counselor

Nicole was born and raised in Mandan, ND before moving to Bismarck in 2015. She graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. 

 

Nicole feels honored to meet people where they are at in their journey. It gives her great joy to be able to hear individuals stories and to support them through their current chapter of life. As a military spouse and daughter of a first responder Nicole has a passion to work with individuals in these occupations as well as their families. In practice, Nicole works with both kids and adults. She has worked with clients to address various symptoms such as depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and suicidal ideation to name a few. Nicole  coordinates with her client’s to find therapy techniques that will support them best based on their specific needs and interests. Some of the techniques that she utilizes are play, art, and talk therapies.

 

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling She enjoys time spent being active with her husband, daughter and their two dogs, Bruno & Millie. When the weather is nice you can find her spending most of her time outdoors, especially near the water.
