Elizabeth Anderson, MS, LPCC
Counselor

Elizabeth was born and raised in Fargo, ND before moving to Bismarck in 2016. She graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling.

Elizabeth feels incredibly privileged to work with kids, teens, and adults. In practice, Elizabeth has worked with clients to address various symptoms such as depression, anxiety, defiance, low self-esteem, and suicidal ideation to name a few. Elizabeth has a particular passion for working with clients who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Elizabeth also has specific experience working with at-risk youth and their families and victims of human trafficking. Elizabeth integrates therapy techniques based on the needs and interests of her clients, drawing from play, art, sand tray, and talk therapies. Her favorite part of her job is to see her clients grow in confidence as they build self-esteem, express and cope with emotions, and identify what their life experiences mean to them. She is grateful that her clients allow her to be present with them as they share the gift of their vulnerability.

Outside of work, Elizabeth values time spent with family and friends, often hosting game nights and dinners. She loves spending time with her pug mix, Tinkerbell. The two of them can regularly be found exploring various parts of town on walks.
